2025 Internship Team
Rashia Talley – Internship Program Manager, Admin Ass’t
Rashia began working with us as a Volunteer with LifeChangers, Inc. – the 501(c)3 leg of our organization.
As we grew, Rashia accepted the role of Admin Assistantand Internship Program Manager, performing the same duties as she did with the L.I.T. Internship Program with LifeChangers.
Steven Young- Senior Project Manager
Steven is currently enrolled in college at New York City College of Technology.
His expertise is in Front End Coding; however, he has found himself to be a Full-Stack Developer.
He discovered his love for web or application development when he began working on related projects for fun.
Steven loves to test his knowledge before and after learning the programming languages.

Lavanya Sunkara- Assistant Project Manager
I have done my bachelors in computer science , soon after my graduation I worked for Tata Consultancy services for 4 years.
During my 4 years I worked on oracle Database to pull reports, automated the scripts and worked on Linux , unix and windows servers. Currently I am pursuing master’s degree in Computer Science at NJIT.
My academic projects include, designing City library database using Java for back end, HTML, CSS and Java Script for front end. I have good knowledge on JAVA FX , JSP and Servlet.
I also completed the udemy course on spring boot. I am solving LeetCode problems to strengthen my problem solving skills.
Chaitanya Durgesh Nynavarapu- Back End Team Lead
Chaitanya is a software engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, cloud computing, and data-driven solutions.
With experience in Google Cloud, Python, SQL, and AI-driven analytics, I specialize in building secure, scalable, and efficient platforms.
We are excited about the progress we are making in the app development space!
The proceeds from these apps will directly fund the programs and services offered by LifeChangers, Inc – our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Our team continues to come up with solutions to the issues hey encounter not allowing any hurdle to slow down their momentum.
