1. Where is the My Ride Link™ website and mobile app available?
A: My Ride Link™ is available everywhere in the world where car apps are available.
2. How can I use My Ride Link™ to transport my teens to practice and games?
A: Download the Teen Travel component from the My Ride Link™ app. Acknowledge the permissions, and add your teen’s information as requested. They will be good to go!

3. If I have a concern and want to speak with customer service, do I contact My Ride Link™ or the company I used?
A: If the issue is with the app software, process, or payment, you should contact our Support Team. If the concern is with the actual car service, please contact the company that provided the service. If you do not get the issue resolved, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. If there is a problem with the car rental I reserved, who do I contact?
A: You should contact our Support Team, and we will start the resolution process.

6. Will a service provider show as an available option, even if I do not have an existing account with them?
Yes! The geolocator that works with My Ride Link™ will display available service providers based on your location. If you choose to use a provider, but do not have an existing account with them, you will be given the option to create an account. This all happens seamlessly, and you will be able to use the service provider if they are still available.
